If you want to know more about why the PS3 version turned out the way it did, I suggest watching Voliton's livestream of the game from a few years ago. However, the PS3 port passed certification in Europe and Australia, where it would be released in both territories in early 2009. The reason is because although the 360 version passed certification in the U.S., the PS3 version didn't.
